Q1: I previously registered an account for Devil Athena: Dark Olympus. How can I retrieve my previous account and character?

A1: Please follow the steps below to switch the login method and log in with your original login account to continue enjoying the game:

① Go to the server selection screen and click "User Center" at the top right,

② Click the "Switch account" button,

③ Please select the original login method based on your existing login account, and follow the steps to complete the login. After logging in, you can play the game with your previous character.

Q2: As a new user, I am currently experiencing the game using guest login. How can I upgrade/bind my account?

A2: A guest account allows you to quickly log in to play the game, but its security is weak and it is be easily lost. To ensure account security, we strongly recommend you to upgrade your guest account. We offer two options for you; please follow the steps below to upgrade/bind your account.

[Option One]

① On the server selection screen, click "User Center" at the top right

② Click the "Bind Now" button. You can choose to upgrade the guest account to an efun/mobile/Facebook/Google account. After completing the binding, you will receive an additional reward worth 1200 diamonds!

[Option Two]

① Enter the game and click the "Settings" button at the top right

② Select the "Bind Account" tab

③ Click the "Bind Now" button and follow the prompts to complete the binding. After completing the binding, you will receive an additional reward worth 1200 diamonds!

Q3: What benefits will I receive if I upgrade/bind my guest account?

A3: After upgrading/binding your guest account, you will receive:

(1) A high-value account binding reward worth 1200 diamonds! You can claim the reward in the game under "Settings" - "Bind Account" tab! (Note: One account can only claim rewards once)

(2) Permanent and more secure account protection!

Q4: If I am currently using guest login and have created a character, can I switch accounts at any time?

A4: If you are using guest login and have created a character, we recommend upgrading your guest account first (please see Q2 for upgrade steps)! If you click "Switch Account" without binding your guest account, you will lose your current guest account and the corresponding character data, which will be difficult to recover!

Besides, we provide a warning interface for you to confirm a second time when ‘Switching Account.’ Please proceed with caution. If you still want to use the guest account, click "Cancel" to return and bind the guest account as soon as possible.
